I just put this together for myself out of nos parts. Everything that you can see and the spindle was nos

Very nice......... How does it spin? Did you lube it? I purchased a few NOS reels years ago before realizing the serial number was not on it. Wasn't too expensive so I let it slide.

I noticed the handle is for the European released Mitchells. No High Speed decal on the shaft. Still a nice reel.

Thanks. It’s a tad noisy with the gear but it’s not more than others I have used. I did lube it but haven’t had a chance to use it yet. The handle was also sold here in the states as an accessory. It was still in the box. I have a bunch of nos parts and decided to put together a nice reel for myself I can at least show off the handle and rubber bumper I could not find a handle that looked like new that had high speed on it
