Green Reels

What vintage spinning reels were green? I'm thinking they were salt water reels.

Welcome to the board. We mainly discuss Mitchell reels here. Since you want to know who made green salt spinners, that would be Penn. Collectors and users call them "greenies". There are sites that deal in all spinners and Penn only. You will have better luck to do more research there. By The Way, Mitchell did make a green reel, and it is very rare. Fresh water usage I believe. Good Luck..........
