Mitchell drag problem

I have a Mitchell 2250rd reel and the drag either seems to be full on or off there is very little adjustment to be had. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Most people here don't deal with that production of reel. Maybe do a " google " search and learn from there. You Tube not a bad option.....
