2021 fall stocking

So we had our fall trout stocking Wednesday, and a buddy of 56 years stayed over a couple nights. Three day total for me was 45 rainbow trout. All caught with Mitchell 408, trout magnets, panther martin, and gulp alive floating 2" worms. Three is the limit in the fall, here's the one's today.

Well the weather was great for the fall stocking! Got out six straight day, and the freezer is stocked for Croix (my dog). He gets the trout (I eat a few), I get the flounder/Fluke. When I fished Sunday the stream was pack with anglers. I usually don't fish weekends, but had to take advantage of the weather. I don't get around as well as I use too, I guess being 70 has has something to do with that. With all my favorite spots taken, I decided followed the stream 1/4 mile down stream, to another deep hold. As I was walking in another fisherman was heading out, and he said NO fish down here. Being a little tired and knowing the hole holds fish. I decided to take a few cast, and call it a day. Twenty minutes later I had 7 trout, and left with a limit of nice one's.
