Yesterday a young lady that I met fluke fishing, gave me a bin of Mitchell stuff. I haven gone through it all yet, but it's user & parts reels. One thing that caught my eye is a pair of 410 reels.
The reels have different bails. One has a bumper and larger script.
The first 3 pictures are of the large script. Followed by the other reel.
Can anyone tell me what I have here?
Thanks, Don
Looks like I can only add 3 pictures at a time.

Re: Mitchell 410 question
Hi Don ,
Nice set of Mitchell 410 s
There are 2 bailtypes : early tungsten with the bailstop and the roller lineguide that came out in 1971
Mitchell try to work cost efficient
They used to make a pre stock of reels with a standard script so if Garcia was ordering reels they had to engrave Garcia on it and put the sticker over it.
If the reels were ordered by for example Balzer they just put the Special sticker on it .
regards Dries
