After doing a garage clean out the other day, I stumbled across a beautiful Mitchell spinning reel (in box, receipt, etc). Looks and feels brand new. I’m hoping to know a little bit more about it, as I’ve seen some similar antiques fetch a decent price. I would be willing to sell for the right price, but I’m posting this for any input people may have.
Serial number: 046087 engraved on the inside of where the reel seat is.

Congratulations on your find. Not many people find everything together. Take several good pictures of box, reel & paperwork. Resize your pictures to 800 megapixels. Look for brown icons above where we type in message. Click on the one that looks like a small picture. If you hold your cursor there it will read "insert image". Click and upload picture(s), 1 at a time. You can preview but normally will not see picture(s) until after posting. You could always edit/modify afterwards. Pictures will sell better that people trying to chase you down to talk...........

I messed up on the picture posting. After writing your message scroll down and look left. You will see attachments there. Press and it will take you to your folders in your computer. Click on file button with picture you want posted and it will be here. You can preview and look at picture before posting. Sorry for the misinformation.
