Hello, where can I get a schematic and parts list for a vintage Mitchell 308

We used to have schematics here on the Museum till all that was lost, for now, but if you google "Mitchell 308 schematics" one of the first results is for Mike's reel repair. You can find what you need there, but you need to watch out for the reels that have a "5" on the back of the spinning head. Early 308's used bail springs that had 4 wraps and the later ones had 5 wraps, so make sure any replaced bail springs are the same as you are replacing. There are several parts suppliers on ebay and various others that fill your needs. If I've missed anything here, I welcome the correction.

Are there any left anywhere? I'm told there are none in Europe at all!

Quite a few on ebay, but the prices are out of hand.

I was just curious, so I did a search for part 82424, and the only thing I found was a site that had a strange name, maybe Asia, that claimed they had one. Even checked completed sales on ebay. It sounds like those are going the same way that of new 300 faceplate screws.
