How is it that I have missed your post for this long? I am somewhat surprised there have not been any content inquiries. C'est Magnifique! Thank you.

Could it be that it posting under "Mitchell Reel Service Talk" when there does not appear to be anything immediately about servicing reels was contributory? Perhaps this post would have been better suited under "Mitchell History Discussions"? (Ted: is this a moderator issue?)

In any case, I am now tempted to post my Garcia material and cover scans from the early 1950's to the 1980's (under "Mitchell History Discussions").
