Thanks for the info everyone. I am well aware it is more modern Mitchell, therefore it is not a "legit" Mitchell. It just happens to be a reel I found that that looks solid, but has that one broken part. I was going to use it this year if I could find that part.

Your last photo has the serial number on the top "arch". Your version started circa., 1958 according to Dennis Roberts Value Guide. Missing the " A Garcia Product" sticker above the handle. Not uncommon for that to happen. Also, yours has the later version 3 prong drag. It shoul...
