Trying to replace bale spring on an otherwise pristine 406 I picked up.There wasn't a spring so don't have a sample. Tried a spring for a 300 but spring force was backward (towards the catch to hold it open rather than to close the bale). There are springs for sale on ebay that claim they're for 406...
