Hi, can anyone possibly tell me how to remove the totor on a Mitchell 316 reel .

Seems very large to be a spinning reel.

I have a Mitchell 2250rd reel and the drag either seems to be full on or off there is very little adjustment to be had. Can anyone help me with this problem?
