Sirs, I have a couple of Mitchell reels that make noise while rotating the reel. I have tried to make the reel quieter. Does anyone know what can be done to make them quieter?

Help, I bought a mitchell 308 bail wire. I thought it was a one piece, but it has may pieces. I tried looking for instructions on how to assemble but could not find any. I think i have it together correctly but can anyone tell me how to assemble it, or does anyone have pics of assembly instructions?...

Sirs, I got an old Mitchell 300 at a yard sale. Does not work so I started taking it apart. Well the first thing I took off was the spool, what a surprise.
There are 3 screws on the spool part with the spring. Is this normal? Did someone add these screws? Strange to me.
