My Son's Iphone shoots on 640 X 640. My digital camera is shooting at 4288 X 3216. Aye there's the rub.

My job is harder than yours!

I have to find all the ways not to attach a photo.

If (IF) Iam successful, you have to figure out what this rod is.

Hey Ferd72,

If you want, PM me and I will give you my email address for you to send photos for me to resize/post on your behalf. (I don't think you are able to attach photos to a PM here.)

To me, yours is an unusual rod having dual reel seats. I would very much like to see an image of its decal. Very likely a custom construct.

Gee, Ma it was tough fight but ah finally won this'n.

So far, I can attach 3 320 X 240 pictures

I can shoot the pictures on my new iphone, then resize to the smallest size.

It only took most of a month and 5 different devices to figure ot this much.

Many thanks to those that watched me bang my head against the wall and tried to help.

I'm gonna play with my HO trains.

Fred

That looks a Narmco Conolon decal from the early 1950s. See if you can make out a model number (like F-78 in the example below), that would tell you something about the blank.

There are a number of features that indicate your rod is not a production model, but rather a custom redo: dual reel seats [usually reel seats could be swapped out (exchanged) in a dual function rod - if am I remembering correctly]; different colors for the reel seats; odd position of cork for spinning reel; and, finally, how the decal was partially covered with wrap.

Hey Ferd72,

See if the MRM post linked below helps. Ted has some written instructions near the bottom. If you have Windows, you can use Microsoft Paint to resize. Some screen-capture instructions are at the bottom.
