Tramontina/Brasil made 3 Mitchell copies, these were coloured red Recently seen another that was coloured black (like the original Mitchell ones (the number 2660 is the same as the red version). PS : Tramontina/Brasil also made other reels that not looked like Mitchell, e.g. the Tramontina Taurus ----------------------------- Oops forgot the topic from 2010 below.. should have posted this there : viewtopic.php?f=80&t=767 Perhaps the moderator can put these 2 topics together in 1 ? ----------------------------- JP |

Tramontina, how I'd read some time ago, just bought the Mitchell license to make the serie you show up. Was a good reels, well made. I remember that, despite had never bought one. They was sell in blisters, not boxes. Till today is possible ever to see one or two in the local used market here. |
