Post subject:  Parts for a Mitchell 314 ?

Hi everybody, does anyone know where I might obtain a part for a 314 ? I am in the UK.

The bit in question is the white plastic disc which is screwed to the shaft. It takes the circular motion of the gears and converts it to the back and forth motion of the shaft. They seem prone to wearing about their mounting screws, thus becoming loose on the shaft. I have a tatty, but otherwise excellent mechanically, reel which would benefit from one of these to make it last another 40 years.

Thanks for any advice you might have.....
