I’m having trouble figuring out which bail spring to get for my Mitchell reel. I do not know the model number. On the reel foot it says p104. If you could tell me the model number or a compatible bail spring I would really appreciate it.

Pictures below.

Aluzy,
You may have better luck posting pictures here on your post. Some like myself won't go outside the forum to look at pictures.
To post pictures go down the page and see, choose a file than add file. Pictures have to be no more than 850 pixels. If your using windows open a picture with paint, resize choose pixels and 850.
Good luck

May your lines always be tight, Don

Aluzy, you have a Mitchell 308A...made in Asia...it uses a typical 5 coil Mitchell 308 bail spring. Part #81287...they are commonly found on ebay...
