I am by no means and expert at this! But after reassembling the reel. With the anti reverse off the reel runs smooth. With it on not so good. Like the dog is giving to much pressure, I can feel every tooth. I don't remember it not running after cleaning it up, before paint. Think if I put a shim under the drive gear, that would help? Or any ideas. :sCo_hmmthink:

Problem solved had the spring mechanism to far forward :blush Smooth as a babies butt :sFun_bananacolors:
