Welcome... It's a genuine Garcia 3000. There were quite a few of them made and they aren't usually very difficult to find.
That said, if I remember correctly there is no association marked on the reels pertaining to Mitchell, although you can see some definite parts that are similar to parts Mitchell used on the 'A' series reels. I have a couple of them that I have had for years, and they aren't bad reels, but not the same as a 300A Mitchell reel.
I haven't used mine in years but they have been used and still worked fine last time I used them.
