It appears the worker is assembling the bail to the rotor and I believe these are the 5 piece bails she is assembling. The rotors have the information bands on them. For the Mitchell 300 think of shims as spacers and washers as washers, LOL. In the case of the Mitchell 300 they are all shims but for one exception...
