One 308, one 308A. Have used both for many years. One on an old 5' Heddon Golden Mark 50 ultralight rod for more than a few white bass. More fun than I deserve!

I interchange spools between a Mitchell 308 and a 308A. Any harm in adding the 308A teflon and fiber drag washers to the spools that do not have them?

Need info. Are 308S and 908 spools interchangeable?
